The design focuses on two The need to build a response to the unique triangular site and to maximize permeability through visual connections from the rooms to the outside.
The building form showcases ordered geometry in contrasts to the dynamic roof, rising from the ground and enveloping the hotel building.
The rooms are fanned in two separate blocks linked together through a service core. An independent arrival plaza linked to the core through a sleek and elegant linkway rests in the front landscaped court.
The parking is tucked in the basement while the hotel amenities are assorted on the top floor to give strategic, unobstructed visual links to the surrounding context.
