Spaze IT Park, Gurugram
A vibrant and inclusive work environment that meets the expections of the present and the future audience. Built in an area of 12 acres, the project sits on a unique site which is fragmented into two portiors, connected by a small linkway. The offices are designed in two major blocks with a contemporary block design in between housing the food courts and other amenities.
The projects takes a climate responsive apporach, with the maximum of the built forms oriented towards the north-east direction. The projects makes use of external finishes and the landscaping layout to come up with a common language to create distinct identities for the office buildings. The large central court and the other outdoor spaces serve as spaces for informal outdoor meeting and greeting areas, as well as shading and seating areas for groups or individuals.
