Composed of four independent blocks, the central landscaped boulevard forms the
arrival plaza and acts as the focal point the complex. The barrier-free
institute design compromises of academic, recreation and lodging facilities for
the employees, students and staff.
While are block houses the training & management institute, the other block
houses the main convention hall(1250 seats) Auditorium(750 seats) along large
public foyer. Both block are look a large central plaza.
