Composed of two blocks, the design plays two constrasting forms- a solid L-shaped built form and an elegant, organic tall tower designed like a sculpture. The L-shaped built form consists of technical departments of operational nature while the 51m tall tower houses the VCR on the top floor and marks the presence of the center in the skyline. The blocks are arranged in a unified composition through sky bridges which links both the blocks together.
