In 2016, SAA was invited to prepare a concept design for a multivel Manufacturing Hub at New Delhi, which will form part of are development scheme of the central business district.
The whole redevelopment has facilites include a shopping mall, a retail strip, basement retail space two Grade-A office towers, two five star hotels, serviced apartments, SOHO office buildings and a museum.
The selected scheme preserved the original central plaza while adopting a people oriented spatial layout.
The boulevards connected the various spaces while the central lake and canals separate different spaces.
